Who is the best WR to have moving forward?

It is a PPR league. Please rank the following:

Welker, Wallace, Maclin, Harvin.

We do not get points for kick return TDs or yards....

In a PPR I rank them as follows:
1. Harvin
2. Welker
3. maclin
4. wallace
I only rank harvin ahead of Welker becuase of the kick returns. If you have all 4 of these guys though that's a pretty solid receiving corps
