Should I drop Amendola? WHIR

Postby markulous » Tue Oct 19, 2010 9:38 am

PPR league. 1 pt. per 20 yards receiving. WRs and TEs are the same. Each waiver transaction costs $5. Standard otherwise.

We start 3 WR/TE and 1 Flex spot. My WRs/TEs: Calvin Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, Antonio Gates, Mike Williams(TB), Danny Amendola, Vincent Jackson. With Megatron on bye, VJax out, and Gates possibly hurt I might have to start Amendola @ TB. Do you think it's worth paying $5 for someone else?(I don't make a lot of money)

Free Agents:
Danario Alexander @ TB
Mike Thomas @ KC
Steve Johnson @ BAL
Meachem, Moore, and Henderson vs. CLE
Deon Butler vs. ARI
Demaryius Thomas vs. OAK

I would stick with Amendola. It was an off week for him . He should bounce back week 7. None of those other guys you listed are worth spending the 5 dollars on.

Yeah no one on that list sticks out very much. Keep an eye on the other STL receiver and maybe Thomas because of his size and that offense.
