Which TE to pick up on bye week?

Postby dblj9911 » Tue Oct 19, 2010 11:51 am

In a 10 team, standard scoring league, non ppr, 6pts all tds. Who do I take for Clark's bye week?

Watson @ NO- no other true receiving threats in Cleveland
Hernandez @ SD- had two big drops this past week, will Brady go right back to him?
Scaife vs Philly- if Collins get's the start will he look for the check down pass instead of Young running?
Gresham @ Atl- coming off a bye week, does Cincy (mainly Palmer) have there offense straightened out yet?

So who would you take? Thanks for looking, WHIR

For a one game fill in week 7 I would go with watson. Cleveland will be playing from behind and have to throw. If this pick up were for the remaider of the season then I would go with hernandez but in week 7 I say watson.

I kind of like Hernanadez this week- as that SD defense is a sieve and he has a great opportunity to redeem himself this week.

Watson would be the next choice if you are not comfortable with Hernandez.

I would go with Hernandez, just because he has the potential to be good the rest of the season, if you have the roster room, put him on your bench for the rest of the season, he could turn into Tom Brady's favorite target overall.

you're worried about 2 drops and Brady not going back to him? Naw, i'd EASILY take Hernandez over Watson this week (Brady's old TE Toy). Even if they equal production this week, you won't have a chance to snag Hernandez next week as a lot of people are looking for TE help nowadays and i'm surprised he's still out there as it is...

good luck and please help w/ mine:
