Jennings for Ocho/Branch

I have Desean Jackson, Santonio Holmes, Greg Jennings, and Davone Bess at WR. It looks like Jackson is going to be out for at least the next 2 weeks(bye week 8). Who knows if he will be ready week 9. This looks like a no brainer for me to accept. But I have enjoyed trade input on this site. I know Ocho is struggling and who knows if the Branch week was a fluke. Thoughts?

Ocho is struggling, but should have a few good games in him this year.

Branch's game wasn't a fluke, it was him picking up where he left off as Super Bowl MVP

Ocho's schedule include about half tough teams, and half easy to pass on teams, so he should have some good weeks, I would do the trade and plug him into starting role based off of match-ups.
