I'd be more inclined to drop Hart than Williams. Williams is the No. 1 target in Tampa, and the Bucs schedule down the stretch is cake. Even if Hart gets the nod in the next couple weeks, Donald Brown is closer to returning from injury and will take over for Hart no matter what. (Everyone expected Brown to take some from Addai before Brown's injury.)

I know you have a flex spot, but IMO you shouldn't drop your only WR on your bench even if it is for a guy with WR/RB eligibility. Woodhead is still a bit of a speculative play right now, whereas Williams is a guy I'd be comfortable starting in a bye on any week.
