I Need a D/ST: Patriots, 49ers or Seahawks? WHIR

I drafted the Bengals defense, but dropped them last week during their bye to pick up the Patriots. This week, I'm still not comfortable with the Patriots D/ST. Who should I pick/play up, in order of best to worse:

Patriots at San Diego Chargers
49ers at Carolina Panthers
Seahawks vs Arizona Cardinals

I would take a flier on SEA at home vs a young QB, they have been showing they can get to the QB of late. With that said I like SF def vs carolina as well who cant pass to save their lives and sf will go 8-9 in the box to stop any running game caroline may attempt. NE would be the least likely play as SD will put up yard with Rivers, no matter the opponent.

Seahawks, hands down - possibly for the rest of the season...

ARI, @ OAK, NYG (bad - but at home), @ ARI, @ NO (bad), KC, CAR, @ SF, ATL (bad - but at home), @ TB

no more BYE, only 3 "bad" matchups, ave over 3 sacks per game, 1.6 TO per game, .6 TD (DEF & RET combined) per game. Qwest field could be the best homefield advantage in the NFL - nearly matchup proof when at home & electric return game w/ Washington back there.
