Should I offer to trade Fitzgerald for Orton?

My current QB’s are Michael Vick (no telling what will happen with him) and Josh Freeman, so a solid QB would be of much help. My WR’s are Miles Austin, Fitzgerald, Hakeem Nicks, Brandon Lloyd, and (recently) Danny Woodhead. Given my depth of WR’s (we start 3 btw), I am thinking I should be able to afford parting with someone like Fitzgerald, who has been a bit of a disappointment. IMO Orton is one of the most underrated QB’s, and I see little reason to think he won’t continue playing the way he has. I can’t afford to part with any of my RB’s as they’re “just enough”. The team I am pondering making this offer for is likely to accept, because he is starting Tony Romo each week and has pathetic receivers.

Does this offer make sense?

I would do the trade
Fitz is still top-tier ... see if you can get Orton and maybe a lower-end WR for him (someone for bye weeks)
Or bundle Fitz with Freeman and get Orton with low-end WR
