Help PLEASE with trade question

10 team, 1/2 pt PPR league, no special teams. I am tied for 1st place (4-2). Here is the trade.

I give him: Big Ben, J. Addai, R. Moss
He gives me: K Orton, A Peterson, G. Jennings

He will probably counter with Cutler (or Bradford) and maybe Santana Moss instead of Jennings...if he entertains this. What do you guys/gals think? Is this too lopsided in my favor? Am I wasting my time? Should I keep what I have? Any other ideas to make my team better? He is one of only a couple of owners in my league that actually trade.

I don't think there's any way he does this. No one would trade AP without getting a blue chipper in return. Moss was a blue chipper a few years ago but not this year. I think he just tells you no or asks for Gore instead of Addai.
