Ben Watson or Brent Celek?

Who should I start this week for my TE? Any thoughts?

I think Celek has a better chance to have a good day. although NO doesnt tend to defend the TE well and Cleveland should be down and throwing. I still like Celek better, Kolb loves to check down and its usually to Celek or McCoy.

Yea go towards Celek, the QB trends and the matchup make this very interesting, but in the end I rather error on the side of proven talent.
