Flacco and S. Smith (Car) for Rodgers/Torrian?

I was offered the following deal:

Flacco and Steve Smith (Car) for Rodgers and Torrian

I am in a PPR league.

My roster:

Flacco, Stafford
MJD, Hillis, Lynch, S. Greene, B. Wells
Fitzgerald, Nicks, S. Smith, Bowe, Meachum
O. Daniels, M. Lewis
Prater

I know that Flacco is getting better each week but Rodgers is elite. S. Smith might not do anything the rest of the year. Torrian could lose his job to Portis but he is clearly a better back than Portis.

Thoughts?

I'd take Rogers, huge upgrade at QB and I like the depth you are RB, which you could use. I don't see Portis taking the job back from Torain unless Torain goes down with injury.
