Yahoo PPR league 1/10yd rushing/receiving, 6pts for TD's
Welker @SD Maclin @Tenn HWard @Mia
I am leaning towards Welker and Maclin. Playing SD I think Brady is going to have a huge game. Regardless of how DBranch evolves as a favorite Welker is going to have a PPR field day. I'm torn between Maclin and Ward though. I think Ward is going to breakout finally now that Big Ben is back and can manuever in the pocket, but I also lean towards Maclin for his explosiveness, the lack of DJax, and that I think Finnegan is an overrated, overly aggressive CB that can get burned easily. I'd like to start all three, but my 4 RB's (2 in flex) are McCoy, Forte, SJax, and Mendenhall. Given all four have been producing really well as of late, I don't feel like they're good to bench.
Tough. I don't think you can really go wrong with any of em. For a lot of people, Maclin would be the no brainer, but with Desean out, I think he'll see double coverage as they don't have another reliable receiver. However, he still has the ability to go the distance on one of them. Go with Maclin and Welker. Ward could put up decent number but theres not a lot of upside.
Maclin no doubt....D's wont be able to double him all day when they will have to contend with Celek, McCoy and Avant. Look at his TD total...its rediculous and he knows he will have to step it up even more with DJax out.
Thanks for the help, But you gotta go no brainer here. Maclin and Ward .
QB D. Brees RB A. Peterson === A. Morris, M. Bush, M. LeShoure, A. Green, R. Jennings WR P. Harvin, B. W. Welker,=== D. Amendola FLX TE J. Graham === A. Hernandez, K. Rudolph K G. Zuerlein
I would go with Welker and Maclin here. I think Mike Wallace will outplay Ward for Pitt. Maclin will be the top target with DJax out for the week and you already know Welker will get his touches.
I would go with Maclin & Welker as well. I own Ward for the 2nd straight year and start him almost every week. Good ol' Mr. Reliable WR2. I believer however, the Welker is better in PPR and both him and Maclin have alot more TD upside.
