Now I have just Obtained Z.Miller and am waiting for trade to go through which clears a roster spot to pick up a Defense for the week

Here's my question:
Stafford is available for SOME reason and I'd love to get him as a back up QB.
I also see good things for Watson this week and am slightly sketchy on Miller since Gradkowski is out.

I can either keep Watson and risk not picking up Stafford in time (I'd drop Cassel who I need this weekend d/t Manning's Bye) , or Drop Watson, play Miller and hope Watson is available to pick back up after Sunday when I drop Cassel)
