Trade Fitzgerald and Cutler for Rivers?

I will be recieving Rivers. I currently have Cutler and Eli Manning at QB and Randy Moss, Fitz, Maclin, D. Bowe and Crabtree at WR.
He lost D. Jackson and A. Collie to injuries and has no other real depth at WR.

Who makes out??? Would you make this trade???

You have depth at WR so I could see moving Fitz, but I don't think the upgrade from Cutler to Rivers is big enough to lose Larry
