I'm going against the grain of other responses and say to start Lynch. Now that he's more acquainted with the Seattle offense and playing at home, he's going to be his old beastly-self > 100+ yds...

Charles with Lynch close at his heels. Torain is a distant third option going against the 3rd best rush yds per game allowed in CHI. Super front 7 on the chicago D line too.

Lynch and Charles have major upside considering the two matchups and both are at home. Both teams will be using play action, so look for both backs to establish their games early. Lynch could have more points at the end of the day as he could walk away with 2 TDs and 100+yds against ARI considering that Hasselbeck is coming off a career day and is starting to show some sync with his talented young WR corp.

Charles is the proven commodity as you know and as someone already mentioned. Thus you have to start him, unless you want to add some excitement and a little more unpredictability, then you could put Lynch in, especially if you're comfortable with the projections of your matchup this week.

Good luck.
