I have BenJarvus Green-Ellis, and Fred Jackson....should I start one of them as my flex RB or pick up Justin Forsett who seems a little more stable of an option in my opinion....


any help would be great..

I dont think that Forsett is a safe option at all. He may get ten touches a game but the lion's share of Seattle's workload will go to Marshawn. he might sneak in a TD this week against a terrible defense, but I think last week was a fluke. If I had to choose for the rest of the season I'd pick Cousin Fred Jackson, but with BJGE @SD and Cousin Fred having to play BAL I'd pick BJGE this week...

yeah, I think the Law Firm is a safer bet. I hate starting a WR over a RB at a flex spot, but poor Fred's going to get killed this week.
