RB Help: Lynch vs Torain [WHIR]

Should I start Lynch (vs Ari) or Torain (vs Chi) this week? What's getting me is the match up, but is that enough to sit Torain?

I have Torain not Lynch, but the obvious answer to me is Lynch versus the Cardinals. The Cards have a terrible rush defense allowing 140.8 Yds/game and 5TD so far this year.

Torain has a much tougher matchup, and may find himself on the bench if they fall behind to the Bears. In that case Keiland Williams will get all the snaps.

His match up is great - and is a great option for Seattle w/ their lack of offense.
