It's close. I think I'd go with Lynch - mainly because of the matchup differences.

Tough call. Lynch has the more favorable matchup but splits carries with Forsett. Torain gets 90% of the carries but has a pretty tough matchup against Chicago. I'd probably go with Lynch because even though he splits carries, I still see him getting 15-20 carries and most of the action in the red zone. Arizona is pretty bad against the run, so roll out Lynch.

Help me with mine:

Lynch for sure. When you look at the matchups and the how opposing defenses are ranked against the run, he is a higher probability for a good game and a TD.

CHI: 3rd against the run, ARI: 29th against the run.

SEA: at home, WAS: away.

ARI is a bad in general, low scoring team with a rookie QB and a bum defense. SEA will do a ton of running when they get up before the 1st half is over.

CHI has one of the most formidable front 7 in the league. They are coming off 2 losses in 3 weeks, the last at home against SEA of all people. They are going to playing hard and ripping heads off this weekend....even if that means getting fined.

Love your RBs even more when in their home stadium against a crap team.

Geeks summed it up well for you. That was my argument to a friend about the same situation. Lynch is at home where Seattle does a lot better and Lynch is their red zone man. I like what Torain is doing, but not against Chicago. Skins are going to have to continue with the passing game if they are going to do well.
