PPR: Flex- nicks or lynch?

nicks- is going against dallas pass d that has been iffy this year. terrence newman will likely be covering him who is good but when nicks goes deep the dallas safeties won't be able to cover him.
lynch- will likely see most of the carries for seattle vs arizona who is bad against the run. seattle will probably run alot also cuz rodgers cromartie will take out seattle's only wr threat mike williams.
