Must start three:

Ocho vs. ATL (migth come back to old form)
Wallace vs. MIA (let Jennings run all over the world)
Boldin vs BUFF (nuff said)
Bowe vs. JAX (worst secondary in the world)

You answered your own question by saying that OCHO "MIGHT" return to for.... but might won't cut it.

The rest of your logic is accurate as well so I'd let OCHO watch TO and the big boys to see how it's done.

Boldin and Wallace are no brainers. So between Ocho and Bowe I would say Ocho. I dont trust Bowe no matter what numbers he put up last week. Plus, ATL's secondary is hurting with Dunta out and they gave up monster numbers to the Philly WRs last week.
