RB Help 100% WHIR

Who should I start?

Obviously ADP is my no. 1. I need a no. 2.
1/20 yds and 6/TD

Hillis vs. NO (TD machine)
Torain vs. CHI (1st 100 yard runner against Indy and the Bears realy aren't that good)
Forte vs. WASH (skins give up lots of RB receiving yards and TDs)

These 3 are pretty close and there's no bad pick really. I would say Forte against that horrible Washington run D. Plus their pass D is pretty bad as well which makes Forte a nice double threat.
