PPR league, although that probably won't matter because neither is really involved in the passing game. Right now I'm leaning towards Lynch simply for the matchup, but Torain's been putting in some good work. Convince me!

Idk, i would go with Torain. Lynch had 1 good game and has to compete with Forsett. Dont let the record fool you, its not like Chicago is that good of a team. So Torain, he is the #1 back no question, i wouldnt fault you for starting lynch for the match-up.

Torain, no question. Seattle's O-line sucks while Washington's is pretty darn good. The RB is only as good as their o-line and I think that the Chicago matchup is actually better than Arizona.

At Washington, I like Torain. I see the Cards doing well pressing Seatlle into a passing game. Also like Washington's offence more.

I'd pick Torrain as well. He's got momentum coming into this week and I like the matchup.
