RB's & WR's - WHIR

Postby Abiding Dude » Sat Oct 23, 2010 11:42 pm

I've got 3 WR slots and 2 RB slots to fill. Obviously I'll start Johnson, Maclin, and Fitzgerald, but who should I start in the last two slots?

WR Jeremy Maclin
WR Larry Fitzgerald
WR Percy Harvin
RB/WR Danny Woodhead
RB Chris Johnson
RB Knowshon Moreno

I think I like Percy as the third WR, but not if Knowshon & Woodhead will score more than him. Since Woodhead is interchangeable as a WR/RB, I can get his RB numbers in a WR position by benching Percy and Staring Knowshon

Is Knowshon going to start and be the feature back this week, or will he share carries and earn me +/- 4 points?
Is Danny Woodhead actually going to produce the points projected for him?

Thanks!

I think Moreno is going to be the feature this week. I'd go with him and Harvin to round things out. Good luck!

But NE vs SD will be a shoot out, especially since NE'd passing defense sucks - I think Woodhead might have a great game for the same reasons Percy will as an underneath reciever - plus he is a RB, too.

Oakland sucks, but I am not convinced Moreno will get the lion's share of carries.

ARRRRGH!

You're right -- NE/SD should be high-scoring due to QB talent and crap defense. I like Woodhead (and his versatility) and picked him up myself this week, but he's definitely a change of pace for BJGE. I think Moreno's backup is Buckhalter...whom I have no faith in (and I don't think Denver does either).

Tough call, but I'd still go Moreno.

Thanks for your help with mine. I think Harvin is an auto-start after the Moss trade and I can't really see Woodhead outproducing Moreno, so I'd go with Moreno. (Not that I like it.)

Id go with Moreno and Harvin.......although Woodhead is tempting, i believe harvin is the better option, has been solid the last couple weeks.....i think. Run with Moreno and Harvin.

Thanks for your help!
