NEED RB AND DST ADVICE

Two questions - Matthews or Lynch at RB, and Bears or Seahawks DST?

Matthews or Lynch? Matthews has a "favorable" matchup this week, but is yet to have that breakout day. Lynch looked decent and got 20 touches last week, and is going against a terrible Arizona run D. I guess that advise would be to stay with the "stud" Matthews, but I have a feeling Lynch will have a good week this week.

Also, Bears or Seahawks. Both teams have pretty good matchups - I feel like the Seahawks against cardinals is very enticing and they have been playing well in past weeks. The Bears do have the Hester effect though as a bonus, and Washington's offense can go either way (I live in DC and see them every weeK). I'm really tossing up, but leaning towards the Seahawks. What do you think?
