QB Problems :Start Carson Palmer?

I have Carson Palmer starting today @ Atlanta with Michael Vick on my bench.

My question is should I start him or pick up someone off the waiver wire?

Here are the options:
1.Brett Favre @ G.B.
2.Kevin Kolb @ Tennessee
3.Matt Cassel @ home against Jacksonville
4.Sam Bradford @ Tampa
5.Jay Cutler @ home against Washington
6.Donovan McNabb @ Chicago
