Flex Spot: Ryan Mathews or Deion Branch

I'm in a PPR league and have not decided who to start at the flex spot. I'm thinking the best options are Ryan Mathews, Deion Branch or possible Amendola from the Rams (but I think Mathews or Branch would be better over Amendola) Who should I start at the flex?

SD has been great against the pass this year. NE defense has been giving up a lot of yards. I'd definitely go RM here.

Branch is unlikely to repeat his line against the Ravens every week, and I just think Mathews is due.
