help with trade austin/tjones 4 best/harvin

I need some advice. I am in a keeper league that keep 3 players
I have been offered a trade by the last place team. i am currently tied for first 5-2.

He give m austin and t joness for my j best and p harvin.

The rest of my team

1qb: p river, m stafford
2rb, 1rb/wr: r mendenhall, a bradshaw, j best, m hart
4wr/te: l fitzgerald, m colston, p harvin, d bryant, m manningham, g tate, d clark-ir, and m lewis

Austin is a stud but with romo going down and kitna taking over i dont know.
Harvin is in same boat though i possibly lose production if farve finally does not play.

So this comes to to an Austin for Best and Harvin for Jones trade .
Can Jones keep up the whole year?

Please help any advice you can get.
Is their a counter offer using different players on my side. his team has nothing else i would want. which is why he is in last place.
