I pulled off a trade right before Romo got hurt. Litetally 5 minutes before. I traded Torain and Colston for Miles Austin. I already have 3 RB1s on my roster plus Donald Brown and Peirre Thomas so the need for torain was little. However, now I am a bit screwed as Romo is out. Should I trade miles?

No, don't trade him as his value is less than when you got him. You would be double screwed at that point unless someone sees the upside in Miles still, and that generally requires someone in your league to have a man-crush on the guy.
He will lose a couple notches in his weekly rankings, but he is still top talent. The man has more after the catch capabilities than perhaps any other WR in the NFL. Kitna isn't horrible either as far as backup QBs go.
Miles is still the WR1 in Dallas and it is Roy Williams in my opinion that loses out the most without Romo as they were cleaving clicking pretty good before the injury.
As far as fantasy value post Romo goes, I believe:
Witten is alot more valuable.
Dez Bryant is more valuable.
Roy Williams is alot less valuable.
Miles Austin is less valuable.
Felix & Marion are slightly more valuable in general, but more-so in PPR formats.
