He'd be giving up the 2 best players in the deal (Mendenhall, Vick/Flacco), so probably no way he accepts it. It's not a terrible offer though - he may counter with something useful too.

I like the deal, I don't think you are losing much with J Stew and Fitzy who are really limited by their offenses. Mendenhall is the best player in the deal, so I would do it. Please help with mine:
