Who to start/pick up at WR?

I am starting Wallace v. NO and Holmes v GB currently but have the options of Williams(SEA) v. Oak or Evans v. KC. Should I pick up either of those two and drop Holmes, VJax or Floyd? or Multiple?

QB: Ryan, Stafford RB: Best, MJD, Hillis, Wells, T. Jones WR: White, Holmes, Floyd, Wallace, VJax TE: Winslow DST: Steelers, Titans K: Scobee

Both non-PPR, QB 4pts per TD, 2RB, 2WR, 1FX

Williams looks good (had been waiting for it for a while) I'm picking him up off waivers.

Really, one reponse?? I will make it easier, Williams or Evans? I think both are better options for Holmes but which one to start this Sunday?
