Gates + Benson for LT + Boldin?

I guy in my league is after Gates like crazy. I need RBs. I'm interested in LT, and he also has Boldin, Austin, and Owens on the block and I'd be interested in any of them (I like Boldin the best).

First I offered him Gates + Ivory + Thomas for LT + Boldin + Watson and he countered with Gates + Benson for the same.

Do I take Gates + Benson for LT + Boldin + Watson? (Hate to give up Benson but he hasn't really done great this year)

OR

Do I counter with Gates + Ivory + Thomas for LT + Owens? (Still trying to unload the Saints RBs for a lesser WR in the deal)

OR

Do I sit tight on trading Gates?

I like the Owens and LT. Owens is getting targets and LT is playing out of his mind, but if you feel like you can get more for Gates ( I don't think you can right now, that's a about as high as you can sell him) hold on.

I think the Bengals will open their game up now that they are in panic mode for the AFC North.
