Trade advice RB/WR

Guy in my league wants to trade me Garcon for Thomas Jones. I am always interested in upgrading my WRs and he needs a RB. Thoughts? How about Garcon for DeAngelo?

He also has DeSean Jackson, who I am interested in. Which RBs or players would make a good trade for him?
