Hey guys Standard 10 person league NON PPR Start 3 out of 4:

Maurice Jones-Drew, Jac RB @Dal

Ryan Torain, Was RB @Det

Marshawn Lynch, Sea RB @OAK

Jahvid Best, Det RB @ WASH

I do also have green-ellis but this is the main decision,

Also for WR Start Garcon over Steve Johnson? Opponent has Wayne...One again thank you for all responses and remember will WHIR promtly as well! Cheers!

I was definately leaning towards the first 3 however Best could be a real sneaky play and have a good game maybe..and right now im going Garcon over Johnson and Bmarsh as my number 1

I would sit Lynch, im not sold on him yet in sea. Also def start garcon with collie and clark out against that poor def of houston garcon will get his chances.

Torain is a must start. Detroit has a terrible run defense. Torain is coming off two 100+ rushing yard games, pencil him in for the start. Start MJD, simply because he is MJD. He is going to get 15-20 rushes and catch a handful of passes too. With Garrard back, it should open up the run game. It's a tough choice between Jahvid Best and Marshaun Lynch. I'm from Seattle, and the O-line is pretty bad now that 1st round pick Russell Okung is out again with an ankle sprain. As bad as the Raiders run defense is, I think you go with Best. If you look at Lynch's numbers, they haven't been all that great since joining Seattle, and he still gives up about a third of the carries to Forsett. I'd go with Jahvid Best here, Washington's defense isn't all that great either, and Stafford should open up the field for Best to run. Go with Torain, MJD, Best.

Torain, Best, MJD. They're all feature backs right now, and like someone else said seattle's o-line is pretty bad. And aside from MJD's matchup they're all really good, just hope garrard actually helps out mjd for a change. Thanks for the help with mine

I like MJD, Torain for sure....I'm leaning toward Best for your 3rd. I like Lynch, but after what OAK did against the high power offense of the Denver Broncos last week, I'm not sure if Seattle will be able to run the ball much is they are trailing.

I think it's best that is the odd man out here. Mjd is a must start and I like Torain against the lions, he's coming off 2 100 yard games and I think he will make it three this week. Lynch is the feature back and has oakland. You don't need a good o line to run on the raiders, and the Seahawks have looked like they want to feature him.
