Am I missing something

Just got offered Ryan Mathews for Ryan Fitzpatrick

His QB's - Romo, McNabb, Vince Young, Jason Campbell
His RB's - Mathews, Buckhalter, Turner, McCoy

Is he crazy, I mean I can keep Mathews forever!!!! My Qbs are Schaub and Bradford, so hopefully set for a long time (decent at least)

Seriously, he just VERY desperate? is McNabb not going to play, or due to the bye?
