trade Rice?

Hey everyone

Just got offered a trade which would give me Bradshaw for Rice. So far Ray has been a bust for me (except for the Denver game) so I'm leaning towards accepting. Just wanted to get some other output from you guys. Do you think Rice will break out, or will McGahee continue to steal touches? Thanks!
