3wr instead of 2 rb? WHIR

I have thomas jones and wells at rb due to byes this week..
i have brandon marshall and harvin at wr.. i also have bess on the bench. i have the option of 2rb and 2wr or 1 rb and 3 wr.. do i sit wells for bess even though wells has a great matchup and im already starting marshall?
