Flex Help Week 8: G. Jennings, H. Ward, or T. Jones?

Playing in an 8 team league and have a pretty deep lineup to select from in week 8. I've decided to start Darren McFadden and Ryan Torain as my two RBs, while I am going with Calvin Johnson and Pierre Garcon as my two WR for this week. That leaves me to fill my flex position. Here are my three options:

1. Greg Jennings (WR)
2. Hines Ward (WR)
3. Thomas Jones (RB)

Thoughts on who would be the best start and why?

t.jones.. hes been getting the bulk of the carries and buffalo is ranked dead last in rush defense

And you don't think him sharing the carries with J. Charles in this case will be an issue? I have gone back and forth, but based match-up wise Jones may be the best bet. Other thoughts out there?

I like Thomas Jones as well, KC playing at home vs Buffalo that is reason enough, I would play Charles as well both are great plays this week.

Jones for sure, he has been good the last few games and will probably run all over buf.
