WR tough decisions + RB problem

I've been wrong figuring out who to sit each week it seems. The week Lloyd hit 30+ I had him on the bench. I've been wrong plenty to say the least. Starting Colston before he did something, etc. Will start 4 of these: Who would you this week?

My RB's suck this week due to byes. I hope to start Moreno if he plays. Based on him playing, who would you start?

Moss/Harvin/Bowe/ LLoyd*** ( I think the first 3 are locks, and the 4th was the toughest. I think LLoyd has a favorable matchup against a weak SF DEF )

Moreno/ Sproles *** Look into Blount/Ivory/Tolbert.. 2 of these 3 were on waiver wires in my league and I think all 3 are better options that what u have.

I say moss/Bowe/harvin/colston I just can't trust who orton will throw to. Also bowe has a great matchup agaisnt the bills.
