Down the Stretch - Flacco or Carson Palmer?

I am 6-1 in my 12-team H2H league. Playoffs are weeks 14-16.

I have Peyton Manning as my QB (we can hang onto 2, we only play one) and naturally I intend to play him the rest of the way, including the playoff weeks.

I have Carson Palmer as my backup. I have been offered Joe Flacco straight up for Palmer (Flacco owner has two QBs on a bye, needs a starter). I tried to get something more out of the deal, but he's content to go to Waiver wire if he doesn't get Palmer.

So, my question to you, my fellow fantasy addicts, is this:

Who would you rather have as a backup QB for the rest of the way - Carson Palmer or Joe Flacco?

Would you ever play any of those guys over Peyton? I'm sure Peyton will be fighting until the end of this season, unlike last year. I would grab Flacco, he has better trade potential. Palmer is a sell high guy for this week only.

The only way I"m playing Palmer or Flacco is if Manning gets hurt. So this is simply a question of which QB would you rather have as your backup.

Flacco has more value. Pull the trigger. At the very least you have more valuable trade bait....

i like palmer to be honest... i think he has better weapons and will be throwing th rock more due to the fact they can not run the ball... i would stay with palmer unless you can get more out of it

Wow, they both suck. Palmer has shown some life....I'd go with him. Flacco is not a quality Fantasy QB.
