Ray Rice for Brandon Marshall?

I get Marshall and he gets Rice. PPR league, I have a 4-3 record.

I have A.Foster, D McFadden, Ray Rice, Shonn Greene and Danny Woodhead at RB

I have Randy Moss, Fitzgerald, Maclin, Dwayne Bowe and Crabtree at WR


Randy Moss and Fitzgerald have been underachieving to say the least.
If I make this deal I can trade another guy and get R. Torain for Fitzgerald to sure up my RB

Love Marshall PPR but he gets almost no TDs. Depends on the needs but overall value I like Rice better. Marshall just cant seem to get in the endzone.
