No way you do this, for one you don't need the upgrade. Marshall is a much better player and Charles isn't even the best fantasy back in KC right now. Please help with mine:

I would do it. Charles has scored more points than Marshall this season so far and he's still playing "second fiddle". The Chiefs running game is perhaps the best in the league and Charles has been remarkably consistent so far with double digits in 4 games. Marshall has had 2 big games and has otherwise been a liability week to week in fantasy. You'd move Moss into your starting WR spot and Charles would essentially replace Marshall in your lineup as a flex. This to me is an easy decision. Especially since Charles role can't go anywhere but up.
