Just offered his Ochocinco/F. Jones for my Torain/Driver

At first I thought no to this deal. But now I am thinking of pulling he trigger. Torain has played well and will likely have a good game this weekend, but then he doesn't have a favorable match up until the first week of the playoffs and has fumbled twice last week and is historically injury prone. Jones should see more production without Romo, but TD's are hard to come by. Then I see a banged up Driver and Ochocinco a wash. Making this move would give me a better chance of covering my week 9 byes.

Please evaluate this trade. Of note, it is an offer from the worst team in my league and I just made a deal where I got Schaub/MJD for Austin/Forte.
