Need Help With Philip Rivers/Ray Rice Trade - WHIR

I've been offered the following trade:

Give Up - Darren McFadden and DeSean Jackson
Get - Ray Rice and Ronnie Brown

I was thinking of countering with the following trade:

Give Up - Kyle Orton/Joe Flacco, DeAngelo Williams, and DeSean Jackson/Randy Moss
Get - Philip Rivers and Ray Rice

Would any combination of the second trade work in general? If so, what combo would work best? I figured based on Rivers bye in week 10 and opponents, Orton would be the better choice in terms of QBs to give up and Moss would be the better choice to give up in terms of WRs.

Flacco plays the Falcons in week 10, Orton plays the Chiefs.

I wouldn't accept a trade with any of the combinations in the 2nd trade, and DeAngelo would be the deal breaker for me, as I just don't see DeAngelo putting up the numbers the rest of the year.

Although it would depend on the RB's on the other team, but if I were an owner giving up Rivers & Rice, I would ask for at least Flacco/Orton, McFadden & Moss/Jackson in return.

your giving up a rb(mcfadden) whos producing more than ray rice because of the name?! meaning ray rice came into the league as a top 5 rb but that doesn't necessarily mean he will produce like one. And mcfadden has been producing more than rice even when hes out. Phillip rivers is a beast, but hes not worth giving up that much. I have orton and flacco in one league and i like to play the weekly match up, so i'd stay put
