Not to dog on other people, but I wouldn't listen too much to the above advice. Steve Smith should probably be rated last. I would rank them as:

Marshall
Bowe
Britt
Wallace
Smith

Marshall is a stud, so go with him for sure. Between Bowe, Britt, Wallace and Smith there isn't much difference between them. Bowe has a great matchup against a bad Buffalo defense, and he has been hot lately. Both Britt and Wallace are big time deep threats that can go for big yardage and TD's anytime, but face tough matchups. Teams are pretty much putting double coverage on Steve Smith, forcing Matt Moore to throw elsewhere. And lets be honest, Carolina's offense stinks. Definitely go with Marshall, and if you take my advice, go with Bowe too.
