Chris Ivory (starter) vs Pit. Is a RB facing the Steelers equilivant to a WR going against a rested, healthy and motivated Revis?

Mike Tolbert (professional vulture) vs Ten The Titans have yielded more fantasy points to RBs than the Steelers but Tolbert is not starting. Barring injury to Matthews, I'm hanging my hopes on a vulture TD.

Anybody have a really positive, strong hunch for me?
