I wouldn't. Cooley is doing a nice job this year and Tamme isn't clarke. On the other hand, you might want to stash him on the bench if you have the room.
I'm going with Tamme. I will be playing him this week myself. Indy WR's are banged up as well and this guy knows the offense. Peyton will not shy away from this guy. I am in the same boat kinda but when it comes to Cooley, I'd take a gamble and start Tamme. It's a high risk/high reward gamble but I think it's worth it.
I don't know much about him (like everyone else), but I'd take a gamble and roll with Tamme. Houston's Pass D is awful and McNabb looked horrible last week.
