Should I deal Lynch for Zach Miller and a 4th rd rook pick?

I have lost Dallas Clark for the year and am left with Owen Daniels and Aaron Hernandez at TE. My team is built to win this year and I am pretty deep overall. 10 team non-ppr (Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Def, 1 K). Scoring: all tds=6 pts, 10 yd rush/rec=1pt, 25 yd pass=1pt. Should I do this deal or pursue Gates?

My roster - bench in ()

QB P Manning (D Brees, A Rodgers, J Freeman, M Hall)

RB C Johnson, A Peterson (L McCoy, L Blount, M Lynch, R Mathews, T Gerhart, P Thomas, D Ward, D Woodhead)

WR C Johnson, R Wayne, H Nicks (K Britt, P Harvin, G Jennings)

TE A Hernandez (D Clark, O Daniels)

K R Bironas

Def Wash D

and yes, this is a good team and I am currently 7-0, but I am planning for the playoffs and just lost Harvin and Britt for the next couple weeks at least.

I like the deal, but with your depth, you could certainly afford to overpay for Gates and really stack your starting lineup. Perhaps something like McCoy and Jennings for Gates. It's alot to give, but neither are starters on your team.
I'm sorta new here...
