TAMME, BLOUNT, WHIR

Im very weak at the TE position and back up rb.
For tight end i have brent celek and dustin keller. Celek has been horrible and keller hasnt been producing the past few weeks. Should i drop celek for tamme?

also ronnie brown has been the most disappointing on my team. He plays BAL and dont see any more production out of him. Should i drop ronnie brown for legarette blount?
