Forte or Hillis week 9

Postby djtw » Tue Nov 02, 2010 5:29 pm

Should I start Forte vs Bills or Hillis vs NE? I think they are both good matchups but with the Bears offense up in the air on what they are going to do who knows what to expect. I have Hillis in the lineup today.

I plan on dropping Britt and TB to get a TE for this week and another WR.

My Team: 14 team Redraft
QB - Roethlisberger
RB - ADP, Hillis
WR - Calvin Johnson, Jennings
TE- cooley
K - Janikowski
Def - NYG,
Bench - Flacco, Forte, Floyd, Britt, Williams, TB

You make a good point but do I play Forte that might be part of the game or a Hillis that will be the focus of the game? I have a hard time with this each week but I am hearing that Chicago may try to run the ball more...

I disagree about starting Forte. Hillis will get the ball more than Forte, and there's talk of Taylor vulturing goal-line carries from Forte. Yes, Forte is going against the worst run defence in the league, but I still think that Hillis has more upside.

I agree with last post. Forte looks good on paper, but you just can't predict which way Bears offense will lean (run vs. pass). Also, Forte's yards per carry have been lousy for most of the season. I have Forte on my team and am starting Charles instead.

Its probably a coin toss but I'd go with Hillis!
