Mathews/Megatron/M. Williams for Mendy/Taylor/Vjax

This is a 16 team league. I stand in 2nd in my division at 4-4. I am not in panic mode, but maybe I need to do something.

I was offered Mathews and TO for Mendenhall. That's just not good enough for me. I'm already hurting at RB with only Mendy and Shonn Green. I had decent WR's until Britt got hurt and Driver has been hurting also.

I'm thinking of offering Mendy/Chester Taylor/Vjax for Mathews/Megatron and Bucs M. Williams.

Am I being too greedy? He is pretty desparate at this point. My lineup includes:

Cutler/Kitna
Mendy/Green/Taylor
Holmes/Driver/Vjax/Britt/Evans/Crayton
Gates
Rackers
Bears/Cowboys

Yeah, i'd laugh at you if you countered with that. Two useless players and a low end RB 1 for a potential RB1 likely RB2 a top five fantasy player in any position and a solid flex play in M. Williams.

I also wouldn't trade for Mathews/TO though, it is close, but just need a bit more.
