Trade for Rivers? WHIR

I'm in a keeper league and was offered the following trade:

I get: Rivers (Can NOT be Kept)

I give: Fitzpatrick (CAN be kept)

In a non-keeper league, this is a no brainer, but since our keeper league only allows for players to be kept AFTER draft round 5, most of the TOP players will go back into the draft pool.

So, that being said, should I pull the trigger on this?

here's my current team:

QB: Fitz, Freeman, Cutler, Kolb
RB: DWill, Best, Foster, Moreno, Forsett
WR: Nicks, Randy Moss, Steve Smith (CAR), Dez Bryant, M. Thomas, Sidney Rice
TE: Lewis
K: Vinateri
D: SD
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts
Start: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR/TE, TE, K, DST

I would definitely do this trade, Rivers will help you win this season and is a top QB, as for worrying about the keeper, I see you have Freeman Kolb and Cutler...any of them is a sufficient 2nd QB going into next season knowing you will draft a top QB in the first 5.
